1. Purpose of Certification
The TITAN Certifications (TCI / TAD) are awarded to professionals who have demonstrated mastery of TITAN Fencing’s PVC and WPC systems. This badge is a symbol of quality, structural integrity, and premium service. To protect the brand’s reputation and the end consumer’s investment, the following ethical and professional standards are mandatory.

2. Code of Ethical Conduct
Certified Partners agree to:
Technical Integrity: Install all TITAN products strictly according to the 5-Module TCI Curriculum, specifically regarding frost-line depth, belling footings, and thermal expansion gaps.
Representation: Accurately represent material warranties and product specifications. Partners shall not sell non-TITAN products as "TITAN-equivalent" or use the TITAN brand to sell lower-grade materials.
Customer Service: Maintain professional communication and honour all local building codes and municipal bylaws.

3. The Revocation Power
TITAN Fencing remains the sole owner of the TCI and TAD digital assets (the "Badges").
TITAN Fencing reserves the right to unilaterally revoke certification status and usage rights immediately if:
The Partner fails a site inspection or provides subpar installation that compromises the product’s 25-year lifespan.
The Partner engages in deceptive sales practices, including price gouging or false advertising.
The Partner’s business receives repeated, verified consumer complaints regarding the quality of TITAN installations.

4. Mandatory Removal & Digital Rights
Upon receipt of a Notice of Revocation via email or certified mail:
48-Hour Window: The Partner must remove the TITAN Certification Badge from their website, social media profiles, email signatures, and any digital marketing assets within 48 hours.
Physical Assets: Use of the badge on vehicle wraps, signage, or print media must cease immediately, and physical removal/covering must occur within 14 business days.
Non-Compliance: Failure to remove the badge within the 48-hour window will be considered a trademark infringement and may result in legal action or public notice of de-certification.

5. Annual Renewal & Continued Education
To ensure the network is current with evolving WPC/PVC technology:
2-Year Term: Certifications are valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance.
Re-Certification: Partners must complete a "Product Update" bridge course and sign the current year's Ethics Agreement to renew their status and continue using the badge.

6. Limitation of Liability
Certification by TITAN Fencing confirms that the TCI or TAD has passed a proficiency test; however, TITAN Fencing does not assume liability for any installation or workmanship, site-specific accidents, or legal disputes arising from the TCI or TAD business operations.
 
By displaying the TITAN Certification Badge, you confirm and acknowledge completion of the TITAN Certification Exam with a passing score of 85% or more. Any entity is not permitted to display the TITAN badge unless approved by TITAN Fencing in writing.
